Typography landscapes by Philippe Debongnie
Philippe Debongnie is a Belgian graphic designer and illustrator who is passionated by drawing faces. He says he is inspired by the people around him, the way they move, they talk, they dress. The images in this series “Typography landscapes” were created over old paintings or engravings, placing a few words inside it. Those images, mixed with a particular word, convey a message, also they actually become the message. The message is the image, and the other way around. Philippe Debongnie use this series to express personal views on the state of the world or on specific subjects.
