Edgy paper art by Jeff Nishinaka

Jeff Nishinaka always wanted to be a painter but while studying illustration at the prestigious Art Center College of Design he experimented paper among different mediums. Then he developed a personal style, finding ways to shape, bend, and round edges on it. His art is very meticulous and sophisticated, feeling animated or at least like sculpted in some 3D way, with an incredible play of light and shadow. Jeff Nishinaka works for advertising agencies, fashion industry and fine art.
