Karina Eibatova is an illustrator born in Leningrad, Russia. She is a versatile artist with skills in drawing, illustration, murals, video, calligraphy and typography. Karina Eibatova equally experiments colorful surrealist compositions as well as more traditional subjects. During these past years she has been published internationally in various books and magazines and also has collaborated with several musicians for video and album-cover projects. Since 2006 Karina Eibatova takes a part in a creative collective called Dopludo, gathering three people. Their recent projects are a wall drawing in a new store in Sydney, murals of a new café-bar in St. Petersburg, and drawings for a whole floor in a brand new hotel in Barcelona.
